It took me a while, but I finally got it working! Thanks for directing me to an email log plugin! Didn’t even know that was a thing ??
The problem had nothing to do with your plugin GetPaid. The plugin is working great, thank you to all of you working on it!
It turns out, I needed to set up the SPF/DKIM/DMARC records for the domain, verify the domain to google and correctly configure a few things between my client’s private email and gmail redirection setup, etc.
Then I setup and activated the plugin ‘Post SMTP’. Now things are coming in straight away without any problems and I have a log to verify that.
