Do you know specifically what this error addresses? Would deleting the theme file fix this?

I can’t access the switch themes page or anything ??
Currently trying to get the FTP information.

When I try to switch to another theme, it gives me this error again

It does not have a FTP/file manager. How can I get to this page to edit it through my dashboard?
