You can safely delete the free version of the WP Carousel plugin if you are already using the Pro version. However, please ensure that the “Clean-up Data on Plugin Deletion” option is unchecked in WP Carousel > Settings > Advanced Controls.

If this option is checked, all changes made with the plugin will be erased upon uninstalling, so it’s important to leave it unchecked if you’d like to retain your settings.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can keep both the free and pro versions installed together as there are no conflicts between them, and it will not affect the performance of your website.

Thanks for your quick response.

We encountered that notice (and some CSS issues) yesterday while testing one of our plugins on Neve v4.0.0.

We’ve updated the theme to v4.0.1 today. Since everything looks okay now, I’ve closed the topic as completed.

Everything (wp/php/astra) was latest.
By the way, I re-installed the setup and got rid of those deprecated notices.
