Divi Builder and Visual Composer have a Conflict With Chart Js Library.
Please go to wp-statistics Plugin setting page.

JQuery UI DatePicker in WP-Statistics Loaded Without any locale Config.
it seems another plugin affect this Language.
however, we in the new version want Fix Datetime Format in jQuery UI DatePicker.
for using you can change WordPress DateTime set to YY-mm-dd until the new version is presented.Hi,
You can Change View Access User in WP-Statistics Setting Page (Access Level Tab).
