Yes, there are messages.

The problem is that we would like to have an e-mail notification.

• I’m using the WP Mail SMTP plugin to send mails from the site with SMTP. The test is successful and also the emails from the site have no problems.
• In Settings of the My tickets plugin I ticked the “Send e-mail as HTML” option and configured the text to be sent.
• In Settings of the My tickets plugin I entered my mail account in “Send to” and “Send from”

Payment is made regularly, I also receive the paypal receipt. In the back ernd the purchase is completed but we do not receive the email.

Resolved. It was a PayPal issue

I fixed it, it was a problem with my theme not the plugin
