In reply to: Upgrade questionI think what they were saying is that most of your theme SHOULD carry over, but one or two template tags may have been replaced. He/She was just providing you with a link to the template tags, in case.

In reply to: blix mini-entryOn your “write page” page (or even “edit page”), scroll down to “Custom Fields.”
Create a custom field called BX_post_type. Use the value “mini.” Save and view site. Should be a mini post!

In reply to: Widgets with sidebar/page pluginsOkay, let’s get rid of the plugin idea. I dug into template tags and discovered how to add something to the <?php wp_list_pages(); ?> (depth=1) to have it only display the parent pages. Is there a way I can add THIS to the widget?

In reply to: Widgets with sidebar/page plugins… this is still a problem, and I had to dig it out of page seven or so…

In reply to: sufficient permissionsFIXED!
I went into my cpanel, into the MYSQL database with PHPMyAdmin, into the usermetadata section [pardon my stupidness, I don’t understand mysql in the least]. There were all of my users.
For userid 1 [the admin account, obviously], it said this:
a:1:{s:10:”subscriber”;b:1;}
and I changed it to this:
a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;}
VIOLA! problem solved.

In reply to: sufficient permissionsI also get this, and don’t know how to fix it. alsdkfjslk!!
This is what the admin panel is looking like:
https://img236.imageshack.us/img236/1444/wpscreenshot8hg.jpgIf you go directly to a page, such as themes.php or something, it tells you “you do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
All I did was upgrade exactly how it says.
