In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Cannot refund some ordersCould you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Also, are you able to share a screenshot of your entire notes section of your order. Please only share if you are able to blur out any transaction IDs within the image.

I checked your product page again and it is now telling me the merchant does not have Google Pay enabled. Did you make any changes to your Google Pay settings since your last test?

You have many console errors, which is most often a theme or plugin conflict.
I’d recommend conducting a full conflict test at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/ and if things work with a default theme such as Storefront, then you’ll want to reach out to Divi for help with that.

I would recommend doing a conflict test. If you disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, Sproket and PayPal are you able to successfully check out?
If so, then you’ll want to enable your other plugins, one at a time until you see which one breaks the process.

I understand about having a broken site, and intermittent issues are often hard to pin down.
You could make a staging site with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ and do some testing on there so that it does not impact your live site.
