Thanks for the suggestions. They work much better. I have disabled “Use DataTables” and “Fixing the first column” features and instead, set responsive=scroll. The tables work without any issues.

Although suggesting this for inclusion as a new feature in the Yoast SEO plugin is helpful, it does not address the current need.

So, how are Yoast SEO users solving this issue today? Are they customizing their themes? Or are they using a specific plugin?

Can you please explain how one goes about adding the description of cornerstone content and links to cornerstone content in individual posts and archive pages with the current version of Yoast SEO?

Thanks for the suggestion and the custom CSS insert.

It has resolved both the issues mentioned in my previous note.

I would like to check on two items:

1) Occasionally, the table rows do not line up in smaller devices. The grey separator lines break & jag instead of being straight. I have usually been able to set the display right by refreshing the screen whenever this issue has arisen. Is this primarily a browser issue or is there something I can do to fix this issue?

2) The table is too long (or tall) in mobile devices as content folds multiple times. What is good number of rows to show per page and paginate this table? Currently, I have the number of rows set at 3. Also, is there a way to disable pagination and show all the rows when display width is adequate (or over 980 px)?

I implemented your suggestion with the following parameters:

[table id=3 datatables_fixedcolumns_left_columns=1 datatables_fixedcolumns_right_columns=0 /].

The issues are different now:

1. Contents from the columns scrolled do not hide. Instead, they overlap with the contents from the left-most column (i.e., the fixed column).

2. Fonts seem distorted (particularly Roboto)
