Hello,

I need to populate dynamically my Multi-Select from the Profil form.
I have a custom post type for Clinics. This list will change… some will be deleted some will be added. I have a Veterinarian type of users. In there profil I need to be able to asign them some clinics. So I can not add the values (name of clinic) directly in the Multi-Select field because they need to be updated through time according to my custom post type.

Hi!

I was able to customize most of the forms. I have an issue with the Account one though. I want to create a page where the user can modify his password. So I created a page and added the shortcode [ultimatemember_account]. I also have added the account.php (original) in my theme. When I go to that page I get an error.

Notice: Undefined property: UM_Fields::$set_mode in /Users/melissadoyon/Documents/websites/freshstart.dev/app/plugins/ultimate-member/core/um-fields.php on line 558

Is there something I have to setup to make it work? If I just want the change password form on my page is there something else I could do?

Ok I will try to work around that the conditional logic. Same problem but 2 differents contexts.

What about the radio buttons and checkboxes that were checked before the submit but are empty after submitting form with errors. Is there a solution for that?

Hi!

I refer to the password reset form [ultimatemember_password]. I would like to customize it. Placeholder in input and texte above it. I would also need to customize other pages like the account page for example [ultimatemember_account]. How would I be able to do so?
