Hi, the image does show in the page, it just doesn’t show in the news slider plugin, which is why i wanted it in the first place. When i set a featured image manually it works and it does show in the news slider. ??

it works on IE but not on chrome!

Hey thanks, I managed to change the wordpress directory name. No hosting has beein purchased. We’re Currently hosting on a Hyper-V server. I would Immagine they have the ability to map the IP, I will chach about that.

It seems to me that this is probably not the correct path to your file. Most likely not a WordPress issue. As I don’t know the actual file path, it’s hard to speculate. For one thing, I recommend removing the / after the file type (.pdf) as that is incorrect.

It doesn’t work! As far as I know it is correct to include the extension, although I have tried without it too.

Please note that this works with IE explorer, but it is not working with Chrome
