Isn’t there some kind of code which I could paste into the style.css or somewhere else what would do the trick?

As for issue nr.2 I try to get the same look as you get from this page – https://www.isekino.eu/?p=76
But instead of big main picture(currently tunnel picture) should be playable youtube link with same dimensional characteristics as current tunnel picture.

Thank you Arik. Got these header pictures working, but following issues remain.
1) How can I make the 6 featured content tabs to show random posts under given genre. My idea is to use featured content tabs as shortcuts to different genres of movies.

2) How can I make Youtube post to appeare like photo post currently(wide and description below)? This means full size automatic youtube picture on posts feature picture and playable youtube link/window as side to side picture currently is shown on the top of the page when clicked on the photo post.

4) How can I randomize site logo? Every time if visitor changes page then the site logo should be loaded randomly within folder of logos with different colors.
