Sorry for the confusion, but this is in reference to defining the “ID or class of the content container/wrapper”. It does NOT do anything when I apply the class I’d like for the background to nest in and I want the background to start below the bottom of the header/nav menu.

For instance, on the page below I’d like for the woman’s head not to be cropped and no positioning and/or padding/margin will be responsive, or will properly fix this issue.

The theme developer’s not responding to me and I am relying now on the open-source spirit of WordPress community. Someone might have a suggestion (even if it’s not an official WP developer opinion) and I am a religious WP user, professionally and personally, who could really use some help.

In this context I’m referring to the dashboard, not a database. As far as I can recall, I’ve never had to enter my connection login info before and it is the correct FTP login info.
