I have deleted the other user roles and created 2 new roles from the Administrator permissions and used Adminimize to restrict the menu options to only show the BravoWP plugin to these roles.

This gives the desired effect. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

When you install BravoWP it creates 4 new user roles. These are

• Support User
• Support Agent
• Support Supervisor
• Support Manager

I would expect that the agent, supervisor and manager would have access to the bravo dashboard and would not require full administrative rights to do so. Admin rights should be reserved for the administrators of the site not every users in a support function.

Hi, Is there any update on this?

I had the same situation and installed a plugin called Redirect After Login. This allowed the newly registered user to be redirected to the appropriate page on the site. Hope that helps while the BravoWP guys work it out.

Hi, The tickets are now updating, but on the login page it says that user registration is not allowed.

Where do i get the patch?
