Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the error message doesn’t have a coloured box around it. We put a grey box behind it before the error message didn’t even show up originally.

HI Alex,

I have just deleted the age verifier and installed the latest version. It is activated and the site looks fine. However, I can’t get the verifier to actually show up. So one box ticked, but still not quite there. Can you see something I can’t?

Yes we have been using it for around 5 months now. We don’t know an exact date when it went wrong, but recently. We went on the site today to find that it takes out the menu, slider and anything else under the age verifier unless deactivated.

We had already cleared cache, but still didn’t work.

We wanted to send you screen shots, but it’s harder to send you things on this thread.

What do you need us to do now to help? We can activate it, just worried about it messing the site up for too long. Could give login details via email?
