Would you happen to know if this same issue is the one that also causes the email address to disappear from contact form emails sent from a website?

I have the exact same issue on the exact same site when a customer completes the contact form on the website, we cannot reply as the senders email is missing!, I’m using the Elegant themes Divi Theme, and it happen at the exact same time as Woo commerce update. I have 13 sites all using Divi theme, however this is the only site using woo commerce as well. ??

I am not use if it is coincidence or maybe related as it is both the contact page form as well as new order notifications that the email is missing from.

Wanted to confirm and add comment – This plugin works perfectly in WordPress 4.8.1 tested September 17th 2017 on two sites. using ET Divi theme. I have been using this plugin for 2 weeks now with no problems. It is a great plugin.

Note to the Plugin Author – Please maintain this plugin, and keep up the great work.

Oops!! forgot to mention one reason I just thought of, it’s just that it shows up in word fence results as a vulnerability and while playing with google analytics, where I have just added this site as a property on console console, Google is also showing a vulnerability, so not sure if it may be an issue or not for those who are following up with google search console list of issues to help improve a sites,

If this helps, I have been in contact with Crazy Domains Support for 3 days over this same issue regarding sites hosted with them.

White screen appears after changing settings or updating (after installing WP 4.1) The 1 click app install in CP for Crazy Domains is not working, I found that I could get it work work by using Mozilla FTP and installing WP fresh manually, as well as updating plugins. I wouldn’t tear your hair out over it because it is not you or your site, it is Crazy Domains Hosting Servers that is the problem. They told me on the phone, a few times in the last couple of days as of Feb 6th 2015 they had lots of customers complaining of the same issues on the phone to support.
I don’t think we will be able to resolve this until Crazy Domains Fix their issues that evolved after people started updating to WP 4.1.

I hope this information saves you time and alleviates a bit of frustration. I think your best option is to call Crazy domains and email all your errors to them. At least they will know the exact errors we are facing therefore they can hopefully speed up resolutions.

Thank you so much for your fast response, much appreciated, I will try that, I also just noticed when I was able tot log in, that Formidable forms is compatible unto a lower version of WP, would you happen to know if the PRO version of Formidable forms is or will soon be compatible with WP latest version 3.9.1 any time soon, I have the intention of purchasing it as the unlimited site version, but not if it’s not going to be compatible.

If you happen to know the answer to this, I’d love to here from you.

There is NO CHECK BOX on the right hand side 7showing up in Pro version, I noticed it in free version, but as soon as I purchased and installed pro version, it disappeared, I have WordPress 3.9.1 there is however radio button below each product where you ad attributes on left side menu at bottom of page when setting up product and advanced settings. but it does not do anything and I can not get plug in to work at all. The upload files dos not show up after customer purchased and received than you email. I tried all settings. It just does not work..

@geev Hi Bart, Please this is very urgent, My Client will bury me alive if I don’t get this to work TODAY !!! NOW. I installed the free version to show my client, and suggested that I buy the Pro version on his behalf.

The free version worked ok. as stated in plug in description.

I have WP latest version, Woo commerce Latest version. Minimal other plug ins. this is very important to my clients business, being Launched on TV , Radio and in Print TOMORROW. and Now customers cant upload files for printing, as the Pro Plug in does not work. for all of the same reasons above. After the sale is complete, an email is delivered to customer, with a link to upload files, Clicking on the link takes customer to ( My Account) Woo Commerce – using Woo Themes Superstore. Child theme, (CAN NOT CHANGE TO ORIGIANL THEME) Must use basic Child theme, The only thing that is different is Header .php in child theme and color change of Main Nav bar CSS that is all. The Header is running a .gif animated banner, nothing special just simple .gif file. everything else is Standard woo commerce and standard woo super store theme. all other plug ins are Woo standard Basic Plugins. Again Nothing fancy or unusual. and The Upload file does not show up in any links that the customer receives. I would very much welcome you to log into the site to help me, I am desperate for help, and this is very urgent, my life almost depends on it! I do not understand the contact links on your contact page of your website, the don’t seem to go anywhere when clicking on them. In fact nothing seems to work with your site except going round in circles trying to locate any kind of helpful information, Premium support link does not work in the Plug in page of the plug in inside Word press either. It’s like there is no support. So hopefully by posting here, with hopefully god on my side, you might see this and answer.

I don'[t suppose you would also happen to know what plug in will allow customers to upload a High res photo so it can be used by the administrator to print out a canvas art print for that customer?
