In reply to: [Conditional Logic for Woo Product Add-ons] total not updatingHi there,
As far as we see it, product isn’t added to the cart because you have another field selected as “required”, which doesn’t show up because of conditions. That’s why we assume you use outdated plugin version. Can you please check what version of the plugin is installed on your website and update it to the latest 1.2.1?
Thanks, Meow Support

In reply to: [WooCommerce Role Based Pricing by Meow Crew] Add field on product listHi there,
Nope, that’s not possible atm. Maybe it would make sense for cases like yours (when you need to display only one additional price column), but it would be overwhelming in cases when users have multiple role-based pricing rules for different user roles or user accounts, not to mention that plugin also has qty rules except the pricing values.
We have in the backlog idea to design separate page from where all the rules from product level can be seen and managed, but don’t see enough demand for it to implement. Maybe it would be done in some future releases.
Have a good one

In reply to: [WooCommerce Role Based Pricing by Meow Crew] Add field on product listHi there,
Sorry, not clear what prices and where you want to display. Do you mean adding prices for each role in the product table here – https://prnt.sc/WzvwDa4PPkv0? If so, then no, plugin doesn’t add role-based pricing in the products table.
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the heads up, we checked and that one didn’t work as used in the latest plugin version, we will address it in the next plugin updates. But anyway, that’s not one of the plugin features, we don’t support user pricing rules applying on manual orders created w\o frontend iterations. We have a feature in the backlog (to apply selected user role on manually created orders), but no ETA on that yet.
Hi Chris,
The plugin considers the role of the user who creates the order (both on the frontend and backend) and applies pricing rules according to that role. That’s why, when you create an order from the wp-admin panel, you should either add the same pricing rules for the administrator role or change your role to match the user role for whom you are creating the order.

In reply to: [Conditional Logic for Woo Product Add-ons] add-ons not appearingHi there,
Sorry, don’t quite understand what exactly you are trying to find? When you activate the plugin you will find additional option to set conditions for WooCommerce Product Add-ons fields, here – https://prnt.sc/2si76T6EiJ9D. You can also check the documentation to study how plugin works and where to find its settings – https://meow-crew.com/documentation/conditional-logic-for-woocommerce-product-add-ons-documentation
Hi there,
Since you reached out to plugin support directly, I’ll close the ticket here. Feel free to re-open a new one in case of any issues.

What you saying about displaying pricing will not change whether it’s the Premium or Free version of the plugin, since the hooks to modify prices are the same. Yes you can get a trial before purchase (from the wp-admin panel when upgrading) and also you can request a demo site with a clear setup here to test – https://rolepricing.meow-crew.com/demo/
But sorry, I didn’t get this one:
“on some items they should see NO PRICING because the only prices in there are the role based ones, because the product isn’t available to anyone else” – are you saying that some of your products doesn’t have price set in regular woocommerce fields?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Role Based Pricing by Meow Crew] Product multiple languagesWell, the WPML Editor doesn’t replicate all fields added by third-party plugins, that’s why you need to use a regular editor. The only thing we can do here is make WPML copy-paste pricing rules from original product to translated ones automatically when translation is created. To do that, you can download our custom wpml-config file from here (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-qJSmFnv7r5dIXcNJudWzSHwMoLil98g/view?usp=share_link) and replace old file here in the root folder of the plugin – https://prnt.sc/53V7ExVWT0Bs. We are not sure if re-saving translations will trigger copy-pasting of all the strings, but it should work when new translations will be added.
Hi Linda,
Does this happen only with product, which has role-based pricing set? Do you see pricing disappear when using one of the roles for with pricing rules or is it the same for non-logged users?
It seems like compatibility issues with some other plugin that interferes pricing functions/stock levels/etc. You can try disabling other plugins one by one to check it. Also, you can use built-in support channel, choose ‘pre-sale question’ and share credentials with us there, so we could check your setup. Since we cannot reproduce the same issue on our side.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Role Based Pricing by Meow Crew] Product multiple languagesHi there,
When you use WPML you have different products for each language and therefore you need to set pricing rules for each of them separately. We just checked and it works fine for such setup: French lang pricing rule https://prnt.sc/VJfiNiNcJdA_ (wp-admin setup) – https://prnt.sc/LOdw0ES2YVYK (storefront), German lang pricing rule https://prnt.sc/tFvPuCeNLlqA (wp-admin setup) – https://prnt.sc/RxgKww2ytT_i (storefront). And regular cost for user without role – https://prnt.sc/cUkEsxoox__L.
All works fine when you set pricing rules for primary language and translations. Or did we get you wrong?
Hi there,
Plugin takes into account the role of the user who created the order and applies pricing rules accordingly. So, if you add an order using your account with the?administrator?role – the plugin will apply prices for the?administrator?role to products in order. If you need to assign prices to manually?created orders, you can create the same pricing rules as you need to assign for the admin role and then try creating orders.?
