Dear team,

I’ve got the same problem. installed WP-mail-SMTP already and the test mail was fine. but still couldn’t send anything from the from shown on web site.

Is it any setting that I missed on the plugin? I use the code [bestwebsoft_contact_form lang=en] on page content. Is it the correct one?

Thanks for reply. Unfortunately, tried the new update and still got the same problem. Will keep 1.6.2 for a while.

Also, found there is a misspelling on the address roll-down, may I know where I can report this bug?

My url is <https://zealhk.com/&gt;. I currently added “CHECKOUT” on menu bar so people need to click that rather than a checkout button aside.

In fact it happened for a while. First I doubted it’s due to the old version of wordpress, and I nearly downgraded the jigoshop manually. Days later I got notice of jigoshop’s update then I upgraded both jigoshop & wordpress… but in vain. The button’s still missing.

Both wordpress & jigoshop are in the most updated status, i.e. wordPress @ 3.5.1. & jigoshop @ 1.6.2
