You can import rates for a shipping zone in our Pro version – but you will need to have created the shipping zone…

First are you sure this is our plugin?

Secondly, we don’t provide code level support – generally things can break when we make changes and it can get quite messy.

If you are an experienced PHP dev and you still want to do it – take a look in the code, we store the data in options – again we don’t recommend you do this so proceed at your own risk!

If I understand you correctly, then you need to create two shipping zones (these are in WooCommerce)

One shipping zone is the lower 48 and the the other is Alaska & Hawaii. You can then have different charges based on the shipping class but also the state they are in

So do you mean by the attribute for variations? For example if I had a base product of t-shirt and I had an attribute size with values of S, M, L, XL, you would want to see all the orders with a size of “S” for example?
