Instead of entering 0.00 for the upper value, enter an asterisk * and you should be all set.

The asterisk denotes no upper limit.

So you will set your min value= 100 your max value= * and your shipping rate= 0

It is possible – but not in the current version.

I am working on something more advanced right now which will provide this functionality.

Maybe you could provide an example of what you want and I will make sure it supports it.
