I want to import an excel file from the delivery agency which already contains the city and its postal code which suits it, there is no plugin to import it please?

Aaah, ok thank you so much but i think i need an other plugin because i should add an excel file in woocommerce, in the file i have city and zip code. i want my website to fill automatically the zip code based on choosen city but i don t find it :(. Thank you

no the customer should only fill city and zip code shoul be filled automatically .
no theres no city with many zip codes
