Hi @mesknot,
Could you please check if you have correctly set the Password Recovery Page from Login Form Dashboard -> Password Recovery settings.
Hi @gamicord,
RegistrationMagic has its own frontend profile page where a user is redirected to after login. You can also set specific pages where users will be redirected after login.
The birthday wishing feature is not available in RegistrationMagic though. We have noted your requirement and will plan on adding this to our plugin in a future update.
Hi @mesknot,
Thanks for writing to us. I am happy to know the issue is resolved. Marking this topic as resolved too.
Hi @redfieldcf,
Thank you for reviewing our plugin. Could you please also provide us more details on which features you found lacking. Your feedback will greatly help us in making our plugin more useful for your requirements.
Hi @cptnhaddock,
Could you please update to the latest version of RegistrationMagic and let us know if that helps in improving the load time. We have included patch for a JS issue in this update that was slowing the load time.
Hi @alanah,
Our team is still working on this issue. Will let you know as soon as we release a patch for it.
Due to lack of further response, we are closing this topic.
Hi @jemetos,
RegistrationMagic and EventPrime integration is utilized from the latter plugin’s workflow where you may set up the registration forms for EventPrime event registrations. This is indeed free of cost, and you do not need to buy Premium version for it. You just need to have both RegistrationMagic and EventPrime installed and activated to start using the feature.Hi @cptnhaddock,
Thanks for bringing this problem to our attention. While our load analysis and optimization test results under various test conditions are within accepted parameters, we are constantly working to further improve our plugin’s optimization and efficiency. Also, we ran a quick test for your site using gtmetrix web tool and didn’t notice too much lag.
Having said that, we understand that the plugin’s script in conjunction with the site’s environment, traffic, and server parameters can also affect the performance.
Could you please let us know if you have details about which files/scripts are seemingly taking more time? Also, do you have cache enabled? And lastly, how much time difference do you notice with and without RegistrationMagic activated?
Hello @philiplogan,
We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the RegistrationMagic! Changing the form style is a straightforward process. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Navigate to Global Settings:
- Select “Global Settings” from the submenu.
- Access General Settings:
- Within the Global Settings, find and click on “General Settings.”
- Choose Form Style:
- In the General Settings section, you’ll find an option labeled “Form Style.”
- There should be a dropdown menu next to it. Click on the dropdown to reveal the available form styles.
- Select a New Form Style:
- From the dropdown, choose the form style that you prefer.
- Save Changes:
- Don’t forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Save Changes” button to apply the new form style.
That’s it! Your form style should now be updated to the one you selected. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to reach out.
Hi @kamosh101,
Could you please let us know if the issue is resolved now with the latest version.
Hi @sergey95,
The email and passwords are unavailable when a user tries to submit a registration form when already logged in. If you have automatic activation of user accounts enabled, then simply submitting the form with another email address will create the user account for it. This will require that the user submitting the form is not already logged in.
Hi @kamosh101,
We have readied a patch to resolve this issue. Please update to the new version as soon as it is live. It will be released in next 24-48 hours.
Hi @alanah,
The Global Overrides settings are available only with the Premium versions. So the standard version doesn’t allow turning reCaptcha on for selective forms.
Will it be possible for you to share with us the list of other plugins you are using? We will try to recreate the environment on our test servers for further analysis.
Hi @alanah,
You can turn off reCaptcha for a particular form from the form’s Dashboard -> Global Overrides settings. For your requirement, you’ll have enable reCaptcha from the Global Settings and then disable it for the forms on which it is not required. Then the reCaptcha will only appear on the form where it is required.
- Navigate to Global Settings:
