In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] major version update?Hello @2020media, Yes- we are going to launch a major update containing the underlying code optimization and tweaks. This will allow us to work on new features and fix some of the existing workflow problems.

All our extensions have been updated as well to work seamlessly with new version.
Regarding your concern about customization, could you please provide us details regarding those? Do you have custom changes or custom extensions built by third-party developers? Our support team will assist you with information required to make sure your site and customization keep working smoothly.
Also, could you please confirm if you use Premium version or extensions of EventPrime?

Thanks for taking out the time to review EventPrime.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we are already working on to improve the plugin further. The design elements optimization, widget related features, and CSS that is easier to customize, are all on our roadmap (along with numerous other updates) for release soon.
We will keep working towards perfecting EventPrime with every version.

Thanks for your response. Since this is related to the paid version of EventPrime, its better to have the support handled directly via our dedicated ticket portal. www.ads-software.com support system is encouraged by the moderators to be for standard version of the plugins.
You already have a couple of tickets with us, and we replied to those. The refund for the duplicate purchase of Stripe was initiated. Also, the issue was resolved on your site.
We tried reaching out to you a few times, but there has not been any further response. We are marking this ticket resolved for now. Please feel free to re-open it if you still need any assistance.

Thanks for checking on the status of the fix required for the issue. Yes, our team was able to replicate it, and we have been working to launch a major update including the solution for this problem. Right now we are in the testing phase, and our target is to go live with it within next month.

We have implemented the changes in the test versions and fix will be launched within one of our upcoming versions next month.

We have been trying to offer the best solution, but any custom code changes without proper testing on the site may lead to unexpected results. So, we cannot share the code change suggestions.
