The problem has been fixed, i hired someone. im not sure what he did, all he said was he optimized my server. anyways thank you for your time

FFMPEG was uninstalled and the plugin is still causing the slowdown when enabled.
can i hire you to fix or at-least check the cause of this problem?

I just tried turning plesk WAF off, cleared disable_functions, and deleted kgvid_video_embed_queue.
but its still freezing my site. the only thing left is cloudflare, but i dont want to expose my ip to the hacker. do you have any other ideas why this is happening?

incase someone else gets this issue. it was “Litespeed” limiting the memory.
just increase the memory “soft limit and hard limit” from the litespeed admin console

Can you recomend any type of testingto know whats causing this? And do i only need ffmpeg to run your plugin? What version should i use

should i reinstall the ffmpeg or downgrade to an older version maybe?

i just tried removing the watermark path and it helped a litle bit. 1/8 videos got converted and others failed. i pressed “update” but they still failed.

i think my new server has 128ram.

the thumbnails are still not generating too. is this another problem?..
