I just tried turning plesk WAF off, cleared disable_functions, and deleted kgvid_video_embed_queue.
but its still freezing my site. the only thing left is cloudflare, but i dont want to expose my ip to the hacker. do you have any other ideas why this is happening?

In reply to: [Videopack] Conversion fail – ffmpeg 4xi just tried removing the watermark path and it helped a litle bit. 1/8 videos got converted and others failed. i pressed “update” but they still failed.
i think my new server has 128ram.
the thumbnails are still not generating too. is this another problem?..
