  • Hi, I’m having the same issue here! I’m a paid user, with the Virtual Event Marketing Bundle. Having the latests version.

    Everything worked ok a couple of weeks ago, but now I’m seeing the “Checkout Unavailable!” message with Tickets Commerce.

    In the Tickets tab it says that it is connected to Paypal but when I press the “Resync Payment Connection” button I get a “Error – Something went wrong! : Unexpected response recieved. – Failed to refresh PayPal access token.” message.

    Please urgent help!
