The big one is for “AVS Rejected” which I want to add clarification to for users. I see a lot of those where they don’t know what to do next.

Any updates on this? We’re still having issues where messages are not clear enough for customers and would like to be able to clarify things better.

Forgot to mention that the order status changing was manually made, not automatic. We had to go in and do that ourselves. And now, the order isn’t changing to “Stripe charge complete (Charge ID: ###############)” which tells me something is wrong. Im not sure if stripe is going to complete the order, or if we can manually change that too?

Here’s a screenshot of a order that worked as intended. If you look at the order status timestamps, “Stripe payment intent created (Payment Intent ID: ##############)”, “Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.”, and “Stripe charge complete (Charge ID: ###############)” were created within the same minute. That’s what we want to happen.

We did not have webhooks set up until after this last issue (just set them up). Do you think this is the culprit? Will run some tests and see if there are issues still but curious if this is something that happens without webhooks.

Can you help direct us in the right direction for this? We have a working filter that is not recognized by the plugin. We would like for it to work with your plugin, but are unsure where to start with making that happen.

Essentially, when we use our variation meta data filter, it works as intended. The products are filtered, and display correctly. However, the berocket sidebar filters do not recognize that we have filtered the products and still display all filters as if all products are showing (filters aren’t dynamically changing based on the remaining products).

Is there a way for us to have your plugin recognize our variation meta data filter and dynamically display the sidebar filter options?

Any help is appreciated.

We did this, and added a new filter to the filter group with the correct variation, but they do not display in the sidebar.

All other filters display perfectly fine!
