In reply to: Blog MeltdownMy host is Powweb, and they are performing a transition to a new platform. I used a tool to compare what my site looks like now and what it will look like, and now it’s fine but after the transition it would look exactly like that (“It doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP…). So I also think that’s a host issue. This is not very helpful though…

In reply to: Customizing the search formThanks!

In reply to: No space between header and browser window edgeThanks! The reason I’ve more than one of several things is that the Kubrick theme was like that from the beginning, though I have mixed it even more myself probably…

In reply to: Simple PHP Gallery & WordPress 1.5Jp, I don’t know what those errors are, I’m not very good at php and such yet. But have you added the content in
sp_styles.css (it comes with the gallery package so it should be where you have your gallery files) to your style.css file in WordPress? If not, I suggest you put it into style.css using the theme editor in the admin panel.
I think that might do it.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Simple PHP Gallery & WordPress 1.5It’s not that difficult really. If you have configured the config.php file (according to the readme file) and uploaded them to a directory, you only have to make new directories from there to make more than one album and upload the pictures to those. If you just want all pictures in one place, upload them to the same folder where you have the gallery files (though it will become somewhat messy).

In reply to: Polyglot PluginOk, it was slightly helpful at least, thanks. I wasn’t really clear anyway, but I asked the author and got it working. You must be the fastest replier around here ??

In reply to: Polyglot PluginI know the translation will have to be done by me, and that’s what I’m aiming for too. Automatic translation isn’t very nice.

In reply to: How to remove bulletsThanks! I wasn’t sure what that line meant before, so I didn’t dare messing with it :).

In reply to: How to remove bulletsThis has been explained a number of times, but I don’t get it right. I still can’t get rid of those bullets in my sidebar…

In reply to: Can’t get the sidebar to reach as long as contentOh. Maybe I can blame my being a beginner for not getting that… Anyway, thanks, it worked fine.

In reply to: Can’t get the sidebar to reach as long as contentThanks, it worked! Though the search form did appear in the bottom… Or maybe I misunderstood you. It doesn’t really matter that much anyway.

In reply to: Can’t get the sidebar to reach as long as contentYeah, I guess that might help, haha…

I haven’t come very far here yet, so don’t laugh at a beginner :D. There is another (more annoying) thing now with the side bar… as you can see, when you hover over the links in the sidebar a grey block appears as background (I’ve used the display: block), but the bullets and the post numbers make the hovered links show in two lines (or three when the links are both bulleted and with a post number). How do I make them show in one line (I would like the colour block to be behind everything else)?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Adding new page templatesMine is a mod of the default theme too. And I can’t find anywhere else where the sidebar is called…
