In reply to: [Facebook Album] unsharp thumbmails & strange format thumbnailsThe problem is the resolution of your photos added. You can email me the screenshots. My email is available through the plugin.
Uhh not sure how that is happening, since this plugin does not add anything like that.
This is a theme/plugin conflict.
For $75 I can personally investigate, else have your developer.

In reply to: [Facebook Album] Limit feature broken on 2.0.4 updateDev release has fixed attached. Will be part of next version, which will be out when I do some cleaning up.

In reply to: [Facebook Album] Limit feature broken on 2.0.4 updateEghh this is an unforeseen issue with the plugin utilizing caching. The plugin will cache Facebook’s response for 24 hours, therefore if you alter the limit it won’t be reflected.
[resolved] Cannot change the number of pictures showed in the widget for more info.
I’ve committed a fix for widgets..I’ll see what I can do for posts on save. I haven’t used WordPress since 3.5.2. I know 3.6 provided ways of seeing if a post had a shortcode, but I need to find a solution that atleast supports 3.4.

Problem isn’t the plugin, its your host.

In reply to: [Facebook Album] Cannot change the number of pictures showed in the widgetPlease try out the dev version: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/facebook-albums.zip
The plugin caches each album response for a day to save on resources. So that is why the number of photos would not change. Now when the widget form is saved it will clear that albums cache.
After a few more fixes for the album I’ll push a minor vesrion change.

In reply to: [Facebook Album] OAuth ErrorError added to error_logAs mentioned in other support tickets, Facebook changed how to API operates for offline access. Currently I am extremely busy to dedicate my free time to the plugin, however donations for plugin development will help speed up time looking into this issue.

In reply to: [Facebook Album] OAuth ErrorI currently do not have time to debug this issue in the plugin – it seems to be working a 50/50 chance.
However donations for plugin development will help make time for me to look into this issue.

In reply to: [Facebook Album] Change Thumbnail SizePlay around with the CSS styles defined in fbalbum.css
I would override them in your theme versus within the plugin – as future updates would wipe your changes.

In reply to: [Facebook Album] album alignmentThis simply requires you to modify your theme’s stylesheet and create needed styling. I can’t provide this on a case-by-case basis.
Especially when I do this for free and you’re using it for a service where you make money.
If you donate I will gladly provide consulting how to achieve this.

In reply to: [Facebook Album] Sized 720pThis is fixed! Facebook specifies a ‘source’ attribute, which is where I was linking to. That’s the 720px image size. I can’t believe this thought escaped me, but Facebook does also send the full-size and then a 960px sized image.
I just pushed 2.0.4 and the album links to the secondary image, which defaults to the 960px size area.
