Regarding for that cut-off time we have set it using going into the plugin file and add custom time on the same for testing purposes.
And thanks for letting us know about “We do not send the same email templates repetitively to the customers for their abandoned carts. But if you again abandon a new cart in the incognito window then the reminder email will start sending again for the new abandoned cart.”
We have asked you because we face this issue for the same. We will check it again and let you know if have any same issue face for the same.
