We have checked this issue at our end. RegistrationMagic is not the cause of the error message that occurred here. The user activation functionality of RegistrationMagic is working perfectly fine here.
The error message is coming from the All In One WP Security plugin. When this plugin is deactivated, the login works fine as usual. Please check your settings in the All In One WP Security plugin if you haven’t added any activation restrictions there.
We hope your issue has been resolved. Thanks for the appreciation from your end. Refer to the following path to set/add more information to be sent to the users on an event booking:
Go to EventPrime-> Global Settings-> Email notifications-> Select the option “Send Booking Confirmation Mail” and provide the required info/link here that you want to send to the user on booking confirmation.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Front end EditingThanks for your query. Once a user has uploaded an event and its details on frontend, the user can not edit the event and its details in the future. Only the admin has the privilege to edit that event or event details.
But we have made a note of this and will possibly try to add this in one of our future releases.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Registering usersAs checked, this issue is not reproducing at our end. We would like to tell you that Email is necessary for registration. We suggest you to use our plugin RegistrationMagic for registration of the user and use it with Eventprime. But here also the Email field is necessary, the user can not register without providing an email address.
Thank you for reporting this issue. We have forwarded it to our concerned team and will include its fix in one of our future releases.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Attendee NameThanks for your query. It is not possible to auto-populate the “Attendee Information” field. However, you can disable it if you do not want it on your event frontend page. Use the following path for it:
Go to EventPrime-> Hover over the event in calendar-> Click Dashboard-> Event settings-> uncheck the option “Enable Attendee Name”. Disabling this will not prompt the “Attendee Information” box on the event frontend page.
The “Attendees” feature will show the names of all the attendees who have booked for the event and entered their name in the “Attendees Information” field box. If the user books the event by his own name then it will show his/her name. We hope that your query has been answered.- This reply was modified 4 years, 7 months ago by Metagauss Support.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] URL to specific monthAs of now, we do not have any URL facility that redirects to a specific month. But you can achieve your requirement using the below-given path:
Go to EventPrime-> Global Settings -> Regular Settings and check “Enable Default Calendar Date” checkbox. Here you can choose any desired month first date in “Default Calendar Date” and save.
We hope this will solve your purpose.Thank you so much for your appreciation and belief in us.
In the shortcode [em_events view=”x” types=”1,2,…” sites=”1,2,…”], we have multiple filter options in [em_events] shortcode. In view attribute, you can place any of the available calendar views (month, week, day, list, card) option. In types attribute you can place Event Type Id and in sites attribute you can place Event Sites/Locations id.If you want to hide the search bar, we have an option in Global Settings -> Regular Settings and check “Disable Event Filter Options On Frontend” checkbox and save.
This will solve your purpose.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Newbie questionsTo achieve this, create an event you want to create. Go to EventPrime-> Events-> Hover over your Event in the calendar and click “Dashboard” option-> On the left side, you will find “Shortcode” under “Status”. Copy that shortcode.
Now add a new page using the same steps given above and paste the shortcode there and then publish the page. Your individual page for an event will be ready.
