    Thank you for your response which does initially work, however I do now get warnings when updating a page with shortcuts on, and only if the shortcode is on the page being updated.

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /wp-content/plugins/jigoshop-1x-shortcodes/src/Jigoshop/Extension/Shortcodes/Common/Featured.php:50) in /wp-admin/post.php on line 198

    I hit the back button and I’m back in admin. I look on the page in question and the featured products are there working fine. Looks like the shortcode plugin needs a fix.

    Thanks, this post saved my sanity.

    Not impressed with the change, what was wrong with it before?

    I’m also after an alternative to this plugin if anybody has any suggestions, willing to pay for the plugin.

    Up-Date, I have resolved my problem.

    It appears that either it is an additional option from an update or during an update settings reverted to a Default of ‘Processing’ instead of ‘On-Hold’. I think at some point it must have been added as I haven’t noticed this before and I’m the one who set it up.

    In Settings you have Payment Gateways, at the bottom you have Cash On Delivery. This is how I have my site setup, there is a drop down selection for ‘Order Status’. It was simply that it was set to ‘Processing’ instead of ‘On-Hold.

    It now works as before.

    However, I have now spotted another potential problem although it is working at the moment. I also use the Table Rate Shipping plugin (Version 2.0.3), It is no longer visible in the Shipping Tab. However it is working, I just wont be able to make any changes or corrections etc.

    Any Idea’s on what to do about that?

    Hi Michael,

    I didn’t take note of the previous Version, something I will now take note of.

    I permanently deleted the old templates and generated the new ones with no success with it sending the email.

    Please note the emails do work if I change the status of the order from pending to on-hold. So there is no need to setup WP Mail SMTP as the mail actually works.

    Let me explain

    I do not use a payment gateway, we don’t take any money online, I am using ‘Cash on Delivery’.

    In the template for ‘New order admin notification’ in the Email Data side widget you get the following ‘Actions’;

    Order Pending to Processing for Admin
    Order Pending to Completed for Admin
    Order Pending to On-Hold for Admin
    Order Pending to Waiting for Payment for Admin

    I’m guessing before there may have been a template which was New Order which related to Customer and not Just Admin.

    If I add an Action to the Above Actions ‘Order Pending to On-Hold for Customer’ Both Customer and Admin receive the email once I manually change the status of the New Order from Pending to On-Hold.

    So you see the email function works, but there does not appear to be an action to email a new order automatically from pending, all the orders before went straight to On-Hold, and not to Pending. So something has changed!

    Sorry if this explanation is a little messy

    It was your updated emails notification (Jigoshop/emails) which stopped the original setup from working! (was blank)

    So now I have two places on the settings/general page to put the email address, is that right? looks like the original (General Options) needs removing as it never saves any changes unless the changes are done at (Email Details).

    At the ‘Email Details’ part of the page you have to hit generate, to apparently generate templates for each response type you have! (Required Once maybe a good hint to start things off)

    Nice feature I’m sure, and now that I’ve found out about it I will look at it and play. You could do with bringing it to the attention of the user that its required to complete the setup of Jigoshop, from a user updating from a previous version, it broke the communication of sales. without it you will get no notifications.

    All working now, Thanks for the help!

    in your css file look for line 1008

    .bdn-button.active, .bdn-button.active:hover

    remove the padding and margin line on line 1021 and 1022

    padding:0 20px;
    margin:0 auto;

    Delete these two lines.

    All the best

    About this topic, on the right hand side menu. it says This topic is resolved.

    There should be an option when posting a reply to disagree and un-resolve it.

    I’m wondering if we will get a response! do we need to start another?

    Martin, you may have not finished the line like I did, leaving out this */ would result in the version not being defined resulting in version requirements missing for plugins.

    /**define(‘JIGOSHOP_REQUIRED_MEMORY’, 128);*/

    /** then */

    Yeah I get the warning about the database, I’ve updated it, no the stock management is working it appears even though I’m not using it. So no products get added to the cart as I get an out of stock warning.

    I don’t have Premium Shipping So I don’t have that issue, My site appears to be fully functional up to the adding to cart.

    I got my site back, temporary I know as I want it done properly. I have chosen not to update database yet. I want a proper fix.

    Edit jigoshop.php

    /**define(‘JIGOSHOP_REQUIRED_MEMORY’, 128);*/

    All I have done is closed off the define So I’ve added /** infront and */ at the end.

    Not perfect I’m sure but it’s working

    Mike

    I can see in jigoshop.php they have added a load of code relating to memory limit. Can we please be told what to remove to get sites back up and running.

    Pretty Please

    Mine was working, Just updated to Version 1.10.1.

    Error! Jigoshop requires at least 128M of memory! Your system currently has: 120M.

    Above is the error message I’m getting.

    Help Please ASAP before I get the sack.

    It is true all the products will be using the same variations, so putting it in the title could work. But the value is different in them all.
