Thanks for the instructions. I switched Wordfence to learning mode again, waited a while and then instructed them to try and upload the file and this time it worked. We’ll continue to monitor the situation if it happens again or not. Earlier, I switched it to learning mode and immediately after that I instructed them to upload the file.
Yes, they were getting the Wordfence blocking screen, not a generic error page. I also checked the blocked IP address list, but there were no IP addresses there to unblock.
