Thank you for your reply. I have activated the plugin on each multisite separately because I wanted the orders to be with different prefix (one site for B2C and another one for B2B).

If I activate it only on network will I still be able to have different prefix on each Sub-mulitiste?

It seems to be working now. Maybe it was a plugin conflict then.
