Just wanted to add in that I’m having a similar problem. I tried changing the permalinks both in events-helper (suggested here- though i have no idea what i was doing), as well as through the dashboard. I also have the latest upgrades (plugin & wordpress), https://miamipraxis1.com/calendar-2/
I wonder if some folks are mixed up on the permalink though: If i hit refresh, or visit the same page twice, the details show. Perhaps people are just doing that, and the permalink doesn’t matter?
Otherwise, I’m not sure what to do! But, i’m in love with this plugin, its central to my site. Thank you for your work, let me know if you have any ideas on how i can fix this.

In reply to: Plugins Randomly Activating/deactivating, installingoh wow. So I called godaddy, and a really helpful guy was on the phone with me for more than an hour. After multiple attempts at solutions, i off-handedly mentioned that problems seemed to happen when i logged into my admin on word press. At which point he asks me what browser i have.
Chrome was somehow remembering an action and doing this automatically. I started using firefox since thursday and so far the website is live, all plugins playing nicely.
Thought I’d put out the conclusion in case any one else comes up with similar problems.

In reply to: Plugins Randomly Activating/deactivating, installingHeres what I have from the error logs so far. As a note, it told me several times that I did not have permissions to access the “settings” page on the ai1e calendar plugin, and yet would let me log in after different attempts.
If the “client” is the IP in those errors, that is not my IP…

In reply to: Plugins Randomly Activating/deactivating, installingApologies, I wasn’t looking at the error logs but rather the apache logs. Apparently I didn’t have the error logs activated on godaddy. I’ve activated it now.
I repeated some of the prior actions (re-deleted the mystery-installed-event-plugins and tried to reactivate ai1e calendar plugin) in hopes of replicated the actions. So far there isn’t anything when i download the error logs, I check back in a little bit to see if there is anything new in the logs. Thank you!
