No this is not a correct behaviour, when choosing in Advanced settings to delete all the plugin data, your plugin is supposed to remove all data including DB tables, after several months we found out that your plugin even uninstalled, it’s still causing Critical issues in Site Health due to Autoloaded options.

We should report this to WP authorities.

Thanks, I went ahead and disabled the plugin, I do need a Wishlist, if the developer here won’t solve the issue, I will try to find an alternative plugin.
