I realise this is quite an old post but just thought I’d let you know that the answer is yes and hopefully if anyone else sees this in the future they’ll get the answer.

There is a button to ‘close chat’ and ‘open chat’, the window will still show, but it will be grayed out.

@smitrick That really depents on the theme. As your site is currently in maintenance mode I can’t see where it’s being loaded from.

If it’s being loaded locally there might be a jQuery JS file somewhere in your installation that you can replace.

It might be using a version from the Google or jQuery CDNs which you might be able to control from within the Theme Options.

It might be loaded directly within the functions file or somewhere else in the theme and it might need changing there.

If you can’t see anything in the theme options it might be worth talking to the theme developer.

I copied your settings and then created a finite item for ￡20 for 365 days and PayPal wouldn’t set it up, it said that it was an invalid subscription period. So it’s not the same error as you get but an interesting coincidence.

For me it worked fine when I set it as 52 weeks, 12 months or 1 year. Just not when it was 365 days.

Please try changing to 52 weeks, 12 months or 1 year and report back.

Hi @akirchner,

Can you try disabling the other plugins and seeing if the problem goes away then? Particularly I would disable Jetpack and WordPress HTTPS but I suspect Jetpack is more likely to be causing issues.
