In reply to: [Popups - WordPress Popup] Link Inside Pop Up Neglects Display RuleI’m sorry – it is “equal to true” – multitasking a million things. My bad.

In reply to: [Popups - WordPress Popup] Link Inside Pop Up Neglects Display RuleThe link I have inside the pop up is ignoring the the display rule:
User did not arrive via another page on your site – is not equal to – true- User comes to site
- Pop Up is Displayed that announces the inventory blow out sale for product
- User Clicks the pop to go to product
- Pop up is once again displayed on product page – potentially annoying user and destroying our customer funnel.
I have not dived deep into your code – but if I’m correct: the cookie placed on the users computer only when they close the pop-up. Since my link is inside the pop up – it is not including the code to add the required information to the cookie to not display pop up when user advances further into our site. Correct me if I’m wrong please.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Popups - WordPress Popup] Close Pop Up Not Working IPhone 6Looks like it was a different plugin that compliments the WooCommerce plugin: WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips. There was an update to this plugin that I hadn’t had to chance to update. All seems well after updating WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips to 1.5.2.
Thanks for your help good sir!

In reply to: [Popups - WordPress Popup] Close Pop Up Not Working IPhone 6Works with debug mode enabled.
There must be something conflicting with our theme or one of the plugins? Perhaps WooCommerce.
Will disable WooCommerce plugin and test.

In reply to: [Popups - WordPress Popup] Close Pop Up Not Working IPhone 6It appears that the touch the screen to close pop up is not working on our website with the emulator we are using: browserstack.com
Could you please confirm that this is the case with your emulator if using a different one?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Popups - WordPress Popup] Close Pop Up Not Working IPhone 6Hi Damian,
It looks like these two bugs are still present. I tried clearing the cache and using the chrome browser for the Iphone – no luck.
Thanks.

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasonsHi Cuvelier,
It does appear that this issue is fixed with BackUpWordPress 3.0.4.
I back up all files with this plugin before I update any plugin. It was alerting me to the above error after I updated because, the plugin still had the backed up files registered. Deleting that backup fixed the problem.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Lively Chat via SMS] Reentering Email Address and Name for Sent EmailsThanks for the quick response.
Changing the name on the agents tab does not change the “To:” header in emails. It’s using the name I inputted when I first activated the plugin.Thanks.
Thanks for the info David.
