Hello @scarpinoc ,
our plugin has a basic csv import features, but if you’d like to map the fields manually I would suggest you to use our premium import addon, included in our premium addons bundle: see it here.

this is rather strange. Do you have notifications turned on (Subscription configuration > General)?

Hello Martin,
there’s no automatic procedure but if you proceed with a full database dump, almost all data will be retained. Also export your full subscribers list directly from the plugin and back it up. Do not delete the old installation before having finished setting up the new one.

Hello Jonathan,
I think you already opened a ticket on this matter. I’ll flag this as resolved and we’ll continue the conversation on our ticketing system.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] ShortcodeHi,
replacement tag for names is {name}. Please read more here.Hello @sarmatopia,
let us explain on what happened here. We pushed this update based on your feedback , and of course the code we addded was based upon yours: of this we thank you, sincerely. But since your code was based on Amazon example code, adapted to our plugin, there were not much possibilities left. We don’t want to sound ungrateful though, so, again, thank you for your feedback and for having spent time improving our plugin.
A quick side-note: in the meantime we also added direct in-mail unsubscribe and all the connected options that had to be integrated in the core files.
About changelogs: you are right. We are always in a hurry with updates and developments, so yeah, sometimes we do not put as much time as we should to keep our changelogs up to date. We will keep this reproach in mind.
If you would be so kind to send me an email address, I will make sure to further thank you privately.

thank you for your feedback and for your kind words. About your issue: did you check “Repeat subscribers” as yes in List Building > Subscription > General?

The Newsletter PluginHello @wpguillaume,
yes, we confirm you got that right : )
We recommend a little bit of testing before actual sends if you’re going to use your own hosting provider SMTP servers: if performances are not acceptable, switch to an external service (they’re not so expensive, after all).
Regards,
MichaelHello @grayj1989,
and many, many thanks for your feedback. I’ve forwarded your considerations to our devs team and we will add them to our bugfixing roadmap.
Thank you again,

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Browse media to insert linkHello @drevilla,
this is not an automated option inside Newsletter, however it’s pretty simple to achieve: just open your file from the media folder, copy its url, and paste it back inside your Newsletter. In this way, your subscribers will have a direct link to download your file.
Best regards,
Michael

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Lacks Support For ElementorHello @jdstiger,
we have indeed no integration with Elementor page builder, although that’s a feature we’ll be surely taking into account in the near future.
However, we do not find it correct to review our plugin with one star out of five because it’s lacking a feature like this, completely skipping all the other things we do offer. Don’t you find it to be a bit misleading?
We really hope you will consider giving our plugin an overall review based on its global features, instead of considering a single feature you feel it’s missing.
Thanks anyway for your feedback,

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Terrible SupportHello @jogini,
first of all let me say I’m sorry if you’re having a bad time setting up Newsletter. May I ask you the email address you used to open a ticket in our website?
About your issue: you say it’s not a server related problem, which we can hardly believe because if that was true, we would be having a lot of users complaining about not being able to send their newsletters. If you would like to let us give another try to solve your issue, we’d be happy to do so.
Anyway, an important reminder: this is the official WordPress repository and therefore it should not be used to complain about the commercial version of our plugin. There are other more appropriate means to do so. Thanks for understanding.
