Hello @djenie25,
I can confirm that using gTranslate plugin to have newsletters content translated won’t work at the moment. We will consider looking further into this matter in the future, as more and more users are approaching Google assisted translation plugins, but we can’t give you and expected time as of now.
Thanks,
Michael

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Pick Random PostSalve Matteo,
al momento non c’è la possibilità di inserire una selezione random di prodotti, ma puoi inserirli manualmente o creare una categoria “Random” con una selezione di prodotti e richiamarla poi nel plugin.

a follow-up: you can also do the following. Go to settings > advanced and change the action link and tracking to standard (if it’s set to advanced).
Let me know,
Michael
Hello,
yes, it’s possible to export newsletters to another website, but manual actions must be performed. Take a look at our guide: https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation/developers/backup-recovery/

Hello,
gTranslate works very differently from the translation plugins we have tested Newsletter with (mainly Polylang, Wpml and Translatepress, for which we have a dedicated addon), since it is a cloud based service. It might be possible to do something but we have to test it properly. Let me talk with our developers, I’ll get back to you real quick.

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] PopupHello,
the options for the popup form are those you currently see. If you need more control, you might want to look at our paid Leads Addon.
Thanks,

that should be handled by your .htaccess rules or by using some third party plugin. Our plugin follows what’s set in WordPress itself.

Hello @mcdeth,
we do not provide such targeting options in the free version of our plugin.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] changelog updateHello @shinerweb,
it’s a more than legit question, no worries. Changelog support in readme.txt has been around since 2009 in WordPress, and it’s now the recommended place to insert changelogs in plugins.
You didn’t miss any announcement, do not worry : )

Hello @digglikeseo,
no, it’s not needed to transfer subscribers to Brevo. That’s what Newsletter exist for : ) Just be sure to connect with Brevo through Smtp (free) or through our official integration addon (paid) and you use your sending quota letting Newsletter handle all the rest.
Michael
Hello,
at the moment that mapping wouldn’t work, unfortunately.
Thanks,
Michael

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Block wrong emails..Hello Matteo,
if those are spam submissions, a captcha may help in mitigating the issue. If those are real submissions, it is highly unlikely that there would be a high number of non existent or incorrect addresses that would block your sending capabilities. Anyway, take a look here to check which tools Newsletter offers to help you with these spam issues.
Thanks,
MichaelHello @digglikeseo ,
at the moment Brevo can be used for transactional mails only, all collected email addresses can however be exported and manually imported in Brevo panel.
Thanks,
MichaelHello @sunny923 ,
in order to obtain support for premium addons, please open a ticket from your account page on our website.
