  • They finally answered with about over one week delay but now with the full professional support. They said they had migration and some temporal difficulties. Now all is OK.

    I have the same problem – premium plugin simply stopped working after a few orders although I did not manipulate with them and the store. I do not know why. I sent an email to them and they replied with an automatic simple answer asking me to debug and send them a report. I did it but there was no answer despite a few emails from me. The support is simply not working. What they write is basically a false claim: “Fast Support We strive 100% customer happiness, always ready to deliver fast support, no matter where you are.
