Never heard back from dev so we changed to another plugin, totally happy with it. We do our own hosting, I can tell you it’s the plugin.

I have the same issue. On some iPhones, when logging into Dashboard, the screen is blurry, nothing can be clicked on, but I can scroll up and down. The screen is normal for a fraction of a second before then turning blurry, as though there is a popup loading that is somehow hidden from view.
I found that the issue occurs with users that I make now, with the 3.0.4 version of the plugin installed. Users that were made previously (the plugin was already installed, but an earlier version) all work fine.
Deactivating the plugin fixes the problem, so it is this plugin for sure.
I’ve had to disable it for people to be able to login and work, looking forward to being able to use it again.
