    If I add a reply to a ticket, you should be receiving notifications/emails to your support email address which you just said in your last message “my partner says that you have added a reply to a “resolved” or “closed” ticket” which means you received my response but if you guys actually read my response, you would have replied and known I am having an issue. Your support ticket system should reopen a ticket if someone adds a reply even after your guys marked a ticket as resolved just like all other support ticket systems e.g Kayako. I find It a little strange that when I post an update here, you guys respond fast whereas if it’s through your own support ticket system it takes an average of 2 days for a response

    So after using the plugin now for a little while, I have discovered that the plugin is not as great as it first looks. I bought the pro version of the plugin because I needed the multiple forms so I could add the forms on a few pages with different options. What isn’t so clear is that with multiple forms, you would expect each form to have individual settings so each form can be customized hence the “multiple form” functionality but…all it does is allow you to add the shortcode to different pages and add more fields to the contact form. This seems like a half done job to me as it doesn’t help/add anything in any way. You would expect to be able to assign certain services to individual booking forms, you would expect to assign certain staff to a booking form so it really lacks a lot of functionality, unfortunately. I am currently on day 2 waiting for a response which now it isn’t a surprise as you have read from my previous comment of a slow response.
