Still no reply. I gave a 3 star review for contact form 7 because you did not follow up and give a solution to this issue that has nothing to do with the email settings. Please help and give a solution and possibly I can change the review. Thank you.

I agree, their customer support is very poor. I tried getting help and my issue was not resolved. I understand it is a free plugin, but still there must be some great support. Otherwise it is a great plugin.

Hi Takayuki. Thank you for the reply. Everything seems correct in the mail settings. I have another contact form, and it sends perfectly to my email. Just the membership form sends blank and the name and subject are blank.

I just filled out the contact form and it worked fine, but all the 3 emails I received back were blank. I used Chrome and Firefox on Desktop and Duckduckgo on Android. Below is the link to the screenshot of the email.

I fixed it by doing this.

If your contact form 7 plugin treats a form submission as spam and it failed. Add the following line in your functions.php file

add_filter(‘wpcf7_spam’, ‘__return_false’);
