Hi – Yep, I saw that. Now that I’ve gone thru the settings a dozen times flipping switches on and off trying to jiggle things into right-ness, I can’t say for sure if it was off before or not. But it’s on now for sure.

I just did a test re-post so we’ll see if we get any better results. Initially the image is missing (again) but I’ll wait a bit as you previously mentioned it might take a while…

A few other posts I’ve put up today at roughly the same time as the SNAP posts (e.g. sharing other posts from FB, and manually-entered posts) are getting anywhere from 20-40+ views, so those SNAP posts with 2 views are clearly not getting treated like other posts, even though they are “public”

It *says* the post is public but also says that only 2 people have seen it. This is a new phenomenon. Last week I gave up using SNAP because the posts were only being seen by 2 people, so I just started manually reposting ??

I am re-re-re-refreshing and the image for that post still fails to appear. Confoundingly, a post I published a few minutes later (with 100% same settings) appears to be working correctly (surama ecolodge post = no pic; rum cocktail post = OK).

I am sure it’s a headache to keep up with FB’s ongoing changes. I’m just concerned since my client notices these things and will question if I know what I’m doing.

The instructions don’t look anything like my Facebook either. The author needs to update the instructions! Unusable until then.
