Did you even read my bug report? The issue is not resolved if the bug in your code is still present!

I find it hard to believe that this is a response from such a well respected company as Microsoft.

I was not asking how to disable the script… a one armed, brain damaged monkey could do that even if they were having a bad day!

I was reporting a bug and telling you what to do to fix it.

Of course, if you choose not to pay any attention to your users then that is your choice :/

It turns out that the reason it is rarely updated is because most of the CM Commerce platform is on their own website and the plugin simply allows it to interface with WooCommerce.

This means that plugin updates are not so important in this case.

Heres the response I received via email:

We are still supporting the WooCommerce platform and are actively supporting all of our features. You can be assured the plugin is indeed updated with our features.

But 8 months with no updates is a very large warning sign to me. I think their product is amazing but just don’t like the fact their plugin doesn’t even seem to be in maintenaince mode.

No updates in 8 months seems to answer the question.

Hmm… strange that it didn’t auto update as my purchase code is entered correctly etc.

If I deactivate the CKEditor plugin it works fine so I am certain that it is the cause.

I have already checked for JS errors, cleared the cache and cookies, tried another browser etc. There are no JS Errors and this is consistent across browsers.
