MichaelHi there,
That is indeed odd. Do you recall when it started happening exactly? Like after an update or a 3rd party plugin installation? Sometimes weird issues like that are caused by plugin conflict. Have you tried checking for possible plugin conflict? Try deactivating one by one to see if you can isolate which plugin might have caused it.
I hope this helps and let us know how we could help you further.
Kind Regards,
MichaelHi there,
I can’t seem to replicate the issue you are having on my test website. Is that something recent? Can you perform the troubleshooting guide first so we could rule out a few things like an outdated plugin or a plugin conflict as the cause? https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website/ Send us a message if that didn’t address the issue for you.
I hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] E-mails not sendingHi there,
Email sending issues, in a gist, are caused by two things. The hosting server configuration and the email service provider that is receiving the email. Email service providers employ various tools to improve security and reduce email spam and the like. The usual recommendation to remedy this is by using an SMTP plugin.
You can read on this article how to install and configure it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-not-sending-email-issue/
I hope this helps and let us know how we could help you further.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Extra spaced below footerHi there,
Is that on Android or IOS? Also, what browser are you using? I checked my test website on my phone (IOS + Safari) and I am not seeing what you are referring to. Can you perhaps send a screenshot?
Thanks! I hope this helps and let us know how we could help you further.
Kind Regards,
MichaelHi there,
Yes, you are correct for both no. 1 and no. 2. That is how the tabs are supposed to behave and how they are coded. The 1st tab will have the highest priority on the hiearchy and is being treated as the main tab/content. Any change to the other tab titles/content will shift everything to the left as well.
I hope this helps and let us know how we could help you further.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Product Price alignment topHi there,
Let me just confirm. Is that the Order Received page you are referring to on the screenshot? If it is, can you try the CSS code below?
div.woocommerce-order .woocommerce-table .product-quantity { font-weight: bold !important; }
Please check if that works for you. Let us know if we can assist you further.

In reply to: [Virtue] Menu on home page two lines instead of oneHi there,
Can you send the link to the website you are referring to? So we can see how you’ve setup the menu on your end. I’m not certain if this is the option you are looking for but when you go to Customizer >> Main Settings, you can find Logo Spacing options: https://nimb.ws/zYvwmp
Please check if that works for you. Let us know if we can assist you further.

In reply to: [Kadence] post catgory sitebarHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you select an Archive Layout on the Customizer, it is supposed to apply to all Blog Archive pages including the Category pages. Go to Customizer >> Blog Posts >> Archive Layout and select an Archive Layout: https://nimb.ws/Q1Hars
Please check if that works for you. Let us know if we can assist you further.

In reply to: [Gutenberg Blocks with AI by Kadence WP – Page Builder Features] Tabs BlockHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can try adding the custom CSS code below and see if that will work for you. You can experiment with the value to see what fits on your end.
.kt-tabs-layout-vtabs > .kt-tabs-title-list{ width: 200px; }
I hope this helps and let us know how we could help you further.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you a concrete date as to when the feature you requested will be available. Feature requests go straight into a strategy board where they will be reviewed by the development team. We take certain factors into account when deciding which features to build and which to remain pending. This includes:
1. How many people have requested the feature
2. How many people will benefit from the feature
3. The cost: benefit ratio (is it a lot of work for little end-user reward, or the opposite?)
4. Our current workload (where does the feature request sit in terms of priority with other requested features and bug fixes).Of course, we try and deliver as many updates and new features as possible, but it’s simply not possible to build everything. We promise that every feature request is logged, will be subject to review and we will endeavor to improve our software as best we can over time.
You can take a look at the Roadmap tab on this page to see a glimpse of the current planned releases: https://www.kadencewp.com/roadmap-blocks/
Although it don’t represent the entire development roadmap, it might still give you an idea as to the current plans for Kadence Blocks.
Also, you might want to join our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/webcreatorcommunity
Update and release news are usually posted there by our developers. The Kadence community is pretty active and responsive so you might want to gander a check.

MichaelHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
That’s certainly an odd one. I haven’t had a report similar to this one.
Can you confirm that you are using the latest version of Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer? What version are you using? If you are using an outdated version, try to update to the latest version of the plugin in order to rule that out.
Are you using any sort of security plugin? Or any security service like Sucuri? If you are, try deactivating the plugin and see if that fixes the issue.
Also, resetting your htaccess usually fixes some pretty weird errors so you might want to try to do a soft reset of your permalinks. Go to Settings >> Permalinks. Change your “Common Settings” to a different one temporarily. If you are using “Post name”, then change it to another one like “Numeric”. Save your changes. Return the value to the previous setting and save it again.
If the issue still persists, we might need to dig deeper. Try to contact your hosting provider if you don’t have access to the website’s error logs. That might spell out the reason for the issue. Try to work out resolving the entries on the error log with your hosting provider.
I hope this helps and let us know how we could help you further.

In reply to: [Ascend] Mobile menu not closing when anchor link clickedHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you send us a link to your website? It will see us better understand what you are trying to achieve. Also, I’m confused about what you said that it closes the menu but does not jump to the correct section. Can you elaborate in detail? Maybe send us a screen recording of how you wanted the jQuery to function?
I hope this helps and let us know how we could help you further.
Kind Regards,
Michael
