Hi,

I also use Avada as current theme. I have multiple photography websites on which I’d like to clear the media not in use. However, Avada uses it’s own page builder called Fusion Builder. I made up to 6 different galleries on each website with like 100-200 photos each. Every picture in it has been marked as ‘not in use’ by Media Cleaner.. but it is!

How can we fix this? Or is there a way where I can manually enter the IDs that don’t need to be removed (as I can just copy the Media IDs from the page builder)?

Just fixed it by myself.. Did a , instead of a . for shipping cost.

@joe Nasevich, I already tried both of them but that didn’t help.
I keep getting Division by Zero, but your fix doesn’t help.

I already downloaded WordPress and just overwrite all files but that didn’t help either.

Bump.. anyone who can help me?

I manually uploaded the new 3.9 files from the 3.9 zip, but I still get the message when updating plugins that it can’t create a temp file.

I’m hosting it by myself (just a Hosting provider in the Netherlands).

I also tried to view an ticket (enter the email and ID) but the page keeps white.

Also, where can I find the cronjob code?

Oeps, FTP did disconnect so the file didn’t upload correctly.

I think it is bbpress, so I deactivate it. Now my website (admin + front) gives an internal server error (500). How to fix this?
