I don’t know the particulars of your multisite installation, but I was able to get it to work on mine. Install it at the network level, then activate it on each individual site.

I came to this page after having the same issue. I found mine was because I was using special characters. I use a password generator to create a random 32 character long password. Once I turned off special characters ($&%^, etc.) I had no issues. It’s less secure, but at 32 characters of randomness, the likelihood of it being brute forced is pretty slim.

@themifyme I switched plugins. I’m now using CyberSyn. Not exactly the same thing, but close.

This is happening to me too. I tested in FireFox, Chrome, and Edge. Same issue on each. Preferences and tools display for a split second after load, then disappear.

I’m not using WPML. I am using Themify Ultra from Themify.Me. When I switch to the stock 2019 theme, tools and preferences appear and allow me to work with them as expected. When I switch Themify Ultra back on, the issue happens again.
