I got mine working when I turned off Wordfence Security. Still playing with it as I’m not such a fan having that plugin turned off

Did you ever find an answer for this?

I found this issue with the Moderno theme.
I commented out the lines 38 through 48 in wp-content/themes/Moderno/js/jquery.init.js
