Hello @valantis_c,
Thanks for contacting us with the error you are getting.
The error seems to be caused by a character in the description of this product: https://shop.zeolife.gr/product/zeosapouni-zeolithos-ke-alata-nekras-thalassas-125-grammaria/
I’m not familiar with the Greek alphabet, so could you please have a look at the description of this product and let me know if there is any character that seems incorrect or might be used incorrectly?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Google Feed Manager] Feeds wont load on pageHi @lonfeldt,
I can’t replicate the issue here on my debug servers, but we had one other user reporting the same.
Could you maybe check one thing for me. Do you know how to switch your server to debug mode using the wp-config.php file? If so, could you temporary switch your wp-admin to the debug mode and check if the issue remains?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Google Feed Manager] Feeds wont load on pageHi @lonfeldt,
Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the update. Thanks for reporting it.
I’m not sure what is causing this issue. Can you please open the Control Tab of your browser (usually by pressing F12), then try to open an existing feed again and check what error message you are getting?
Best regards, Michel

In reply to: [WooCommerce Google Feed Manager] error 2.7Hi @neoseeyou,
I can’t replicate the issue. The error seems to indicate that not all files are updated correctly during the plugin update process. A first step we could try is to reinstall the plugin and check if that solves the issue for you.
To reinstall the latest version of our plugin please take the following steps:
1) Manually download the newest version by opening this page https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager/advanced/, scroll down to the bottom of that page and download the Development Version
2) On the Feed Manager -> Settings page, make a new backup
3) Deactivate (do not DELETE) the “WP Product Feed Manager” plugin from your Plugins page
4) Open your server file manager and navigate to the ‘wp-content/plugins’ folder
5) Delete the ‘wp-product-feed-manager’ folder and replace it by the CONTENT of the downloaded .zip file in step 1
6) Activate the “WP Product Feed Manager” plugin again from the Plugins pageLet me know if that solved the issue for you.
