Thanks for your reply and the heads-up. In the global Titles and metas settings page, Post types tab, we can only check a box that asks:


Display the date in Google search results by adding?article:published_time?and?article:modified_time?meta??Unchecking this doesn’t prevent Google to display post date in search results.

Are those the fields you are referring to? Please note that we are using the free version of the SEOPRESS plugin.

by disabling the iOS toggle, it did solve the issue, but we still have the Heading issue showing, stating 2 H1 etc. see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/u41yjo
those double headings the plugins shows, do not exist on our site.

Shall we disable that function too? I’m trying to understand whether SEO PRESS is compatible with our site, as these 2 functions are not working fine.

We definitely want to have Social Warfare for the Social Sharing, it’s a paid plugin, so there is no point to disable that function.

What we don’t understand is whether these red alerts or errors that we get from SEO PRESS is doing any harm to the site?

How can we disable this function on SEO PRESS? We never had this issue in the past, (when we were using YOAS SEO) and we switched over to SEO PRESS to possibly get a simpler and lighter plugin, but each plugin works obviously different so we would like to know how to handle this so that we don’t get overlapping functions.

The same with the headings: H1, H2, H3, SEO PRESS is giving us red alerts, but SOcial Warfare does not handle this at all, so we don’t know where to look for the conflict here.

We get this error also on the previous notification but on the 8.1.6 of the basic plugin, everything works fine. We only don’t know whether it is a good thing to do to roll back to 8.1.6 it would mean that we cannot get any more updates. Did you change anything important? Thanks. Best Regards, M.

Hi @purplecodes thanks but unfortunately, the issue comes and goes. We have noticed that when we update the plugin (basic one) to 8.1.7 the issue comes back. Please note that the Pro version on our site is 8.1.6 but we are unable to get updates notifications. Can you please check what’s the newest version of the pro? Thank you! Best, M.

@jnashhawkins thanks for your reply. The site is not an aggregator site. They have listed only blog posts taken from other sites, they do not mention, this article first appeared on “the name of the site”, so it is stolen content. I have sent out a DMCA to the hosting company.

Hi Victor,

we don’t have a license KEY, we used to have it in the past, but then for some reasons it disappeared from our WP dashboard, nonetheless we are able to use the PRO version, so I cannot fill out the form on the SUPPORT site as they require a KEY.
Can you please help us debug this issue. We would love to keep using your Plugin.
